Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Goal of this course is to present modern trends in the domain of superconductivity relying upon a selection of "classical" topics which introduce the listener to some this topical area from the very beginning. The course is self-consistent. It is built upon the chapters "The first contact with superconductivity" over the "Ginzburg-Landau theory", "Vortex matter", "Josephson effects" to the "Microscopic theory of superconducitivity" and is accompanied by a complete, author-written "script" (in German). The lectures will be accompanied by movies highlightling the present status of experimental local-probe techniques and capabilities of computer simulations.
