Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The Practical Class includes three different subjects of Modern Microscopy: Optical Microscopy, Digital Image Processing,Scanning Tunnel Microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy. The different methods are used to analyse the microstructure of various specimens down to the atomic level.
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The aim is to learn the physics background and to get personal experience when using modern microscopical methods.
