Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Photon-Experiments - Violation of Bell s inqualities - Physics of Lasers - Sources and detectors for molecular quantum optics - Molecule interferometry. Experiments are done in groups of 2-3 students and require three weeks of full-time work.

Course assessment:
4 experiments (Bell-experiment + molecule interferometry + Laser/Spectro/Trapping)
for each experiment test of theoretical background
2 protocols (one individual plus one individual/joint)

Assessment and permitted materials

Combined
The final mark of the practical course will be given by the oral exam for each of the performed experiments and by two protocols. The handing-in of these two protocols is mandatory for passing the practical course
