Aims, contents and method of the course
Weekly exercises (both on paper and in Matlab) covering the topics of the VO Numerical Methods I (269006).
Assessment and permitted materials
Every week the students will be asked to prepare a list of exercises, which have to be presented on the blackboard or submitted (online).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Grading is based on two factors, which contribute equally to the final grade (students need to pass both in order to pass the course).
1) Quality/correctness of presented/submitted exercises. 2) Number of exercises done:
>= 87,50% (1 sehr gut)
>= 75,00% (2 gut)
>= 62,50% (3 befriedigend)
>= 50,00% (4 genügend)
< 50,00% (5 nicht bestanden).
