Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture gives a profound introduction to Chem(o)informatics, a field which heavily applies computational methods to process, integrate, and interpret chemical information produced by modern high-throughput screening technologies or combinatorial chemistry.
Assessment and permitted materials
The lecture will be held in physical presence (with alternating lecture and computer exercise blocks). Videos as well as slide handouts and a transcripts of the audio tracks of the video for the lecture unit will be made available in Moodle. The study progress will be checked with regular multiple choice tests done online in the lecture hall at the start of each lecture unit.
