Aims, contents and method of the course

Isolation of DNA; agarose gel electrophoresis; real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR); primer design; determination of the amplification efficiency; analysis of the DNA methylation extent by high resolution melting analysis

hybrid format: part in the lab, part digitally
