Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents: Practical course to learn cell biological techniques such as propagating mammalian cells under sterile conditions, transfection, microinjection, fixation, staining, phase contrast and immunofluorescence microscopy and to analyze the basic behavior of cells during the cell cycle, differentiation, apoptosis, oncogenic transformation, and the analysis of the cytoskeleton and nuclear transport.
