Aims, contents and method of the course

Rolle der Metalle in der Natur, Anwendung metallhaltiger Pharmazeutika, Entwicklung tumorhemmender Metallkomplexe, Stabilität der Komplexe in wässrigen Medien, Interaktion der Komplexe mit biologisch relevanten Molekülen, Anwendung von Kapillarelektrophorese, HPLC, ESI-MS, NMR, X-ray, Thermogravimetrie und anderen analytischen Methoden im Bereich der Bioanorganischen Chemie.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Das Seminar soll zu einem besseren Verständnis der zentralen Rolle von Metallen und deren Verbindungen in der Natur beitragen. Insbesondere soll das Wissen über die Anwendung von metallhaltigen Therapeutika und Diagnostika vertieft werden.
