Aims, contents and method of the course

Identification and characterization of proteins and peptides by mass spectrometric analyses on Iontrap, MALDI-TOF, Q Exactive orbitrap and Triple-Quadrupol mass spectrometer

Evaluation: accuracy of results, standard of documentation, achieved competence

To get practical experience in MS analysis of proteins and peptides on different instruments
