Die Anwesenheit am 09. 05. 2022 zw.10h00 & 12h00, bei der ersten Einheit des Praktikums zu Vorbesprechung, Einteilung, sowie Theorieteil I im SR 3, ist für die Teilnehmer*innen beider Kurse verpflichtend.
Generell muss die Anwesenheit während des Praktikums zu 90% erfüllt sein. Theorieteil II, ebenfalls für die Teilnehmer*innen beider Kurse, findet am 11. 05. 2022 im SR 3 zw. 10h00 & 12h00 statt.

Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Get practical experience in MS analysis of molecules such as proteins and peptides on different instruments
Identification and characterization of molecules by mass spectrometric analyses on Iontrap, MALDI-TOF, Q Exactive orbitrap and Triple-Quadrupol mass spectrometer

Assessment and permitted materials

Evaluation: accuracy of results, qualityof documentation, achieved competence

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students need positive grades for each part of the performance (interest/cooperation, protocol and closing meeting regarding the acquired knowledge) in order to successfully complete the course.

Examination topics

Theoretical and practical aspects concerning the measurement of proteins and peptides or metabolites on the different mass spectrometer presented during this practical course
