Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Knowledge of the fundamentals of molecular sensory science (olfaction, gustation, chemisthesis/ trigeminal stimuli, extraoral receptors) based on lectures, short presentations, and small experimental demonstrations.
Assessment and permitted materials
Examination: written exam with open questions.
Bonus points possible for a short lecture (15 min introductory lecture on individual topics).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
50 points are sufficient for a passing grade on written exam.
