Aims, contents and method of the course
Modern analysis methods of the -Omics type such as genomics, proteomics and metabolomics generate very large data sets, which can only be managed and processed by complex bioinformatics. In the lecture the essential basics of the kind and quality of raw data, usual data formats, evaluation procedures, documentation procedures up to the quality control are presented.
