Aims, contents and method of the course

Isolation of the immunoglobulin fraction of an antiserum: ammonium-sulfate precipitation; characterization of antibody purity by SDS-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis; application of a competitive ELISA and a sandwich ELISA
