Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Various highly automated methods for the simultaneous quantitative and qualitative analysis of many hydrophobic biomolecules( Lipids) have been developed in recent years. Various practical aspects, as well as the theoretical basics of these methods, are presented and discussed.
Assessment and permitted materials
oral examination
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Current methods for the analysis of small molecules (lipids) should be able to be correctly assessed concerning their optimal use, their performance, and limits, as well as their practical feasibility.
