Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course provides an overview of a selection of topics in biology including development, ageing, genomics, genetic disease, cancer, cloning, stem cells, ancient DNA and methods in molecular biology.

Assessment and permitted materials

The course will be assessed by a written exam. The exam questions will be provided in both English and German and students can answer in either language. The first exam will be held at the end of the summer semester 2011. The exact date is to be decided.
