Aims, contents and method of the course

(taught in English) Introduction to analytical geochemistry, choice of method, basics on sample preparation, accuracy, precision; dissolution procedures, spectroscopic methods (ICP, atomic absorption spectroscopy), x-ray fluorescence spectrometry, neutron activation analysis, mass spectrometry (thermal ionization, gas source, accelerator, spark source, ICP), electron beam methods, ion microprobes.
