Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The students identify central steps of scientific work in general and in particular of a geoscientific master thesis, from the hypothesis to the research concept. They work out the definition of a research topic, develop problem-oriented questions and reflect on methodological procedures. Writing an exposé, reception and critical evaluation of literature and presentation with discussion and student peer feedback deepen the students' competences.
