Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course introduces into seisimic hazard assessment and computational methods for quantifying seismic ground motion hazards. It will cover: (1) aspects of input data, data sources, data quality and completeness, identification and discussion of key assumptions, and hazards correlated with seismic ground motion (Kurt Decker); (2) the introduction to Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Assessment and computational methods (Kris Vanneste).
