Aims, contents and method of the course

ECTS: 2
The contributions of space experiments to modern astrophysical research continuously is increasing in volume and scientific significance in particular with availability of microsatellites. UNIBRITE is such a satellite and will be operated by the University of Vienna. This course
(lectures and exercises) will introduce in scientific, technical and organisatoric aspects of small satellites like MOST and COROT, and in
particular will focus on BRITE.
