Assessment and permitted materials
Lectures: written examination. The first half of the exercise is in the form of a "Kreuzerlübung", assignments are solved at home and presented in the exercise. The second half consists of project work in groups with a final presentation.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
60% Written examination for lecture part
20% Exercises (Kreuzerlübung) + blackboard presentation of solutions + presence
20% Project work with final presentationAll three parts need to be completed. The partial performances are each graded from 0-100%. A weighted average is used to calculate the percentage achieved, from which the overall grade is calculated.Grading scheme:
Grade 5: < 50%
Grade 4: 50-65%
Grade 3: 65-77.5%
Grade 2: 77.5-90%
