Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Exercise (50%) and exam (50%). Each exercise session comes with a pop-up quiz and a homework sheet.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Final grade is given by:
50% Exam
50% ExerciseTo pass the course a student has to attend both exam and exercises.
The quizzes during the Exercise session will be graded and only the best 4 quizzes for each student will taken into account.The grade will be reduced if the following criteria are not fulfilled:
- at least 4 homework submitted (doesn't have to be correctly solved but problems addressed)
- min. one presentation at the boardGrading key:
100% - 91%: Very good
90% - 78%: Good
77% - 61%: Satisfactory
60% - >50%: Pass
<=50%: FailHomework must be handed in time and in a readable form. Please do not use light pens on a white background, be aware of margins when sending your scanned documents.
