Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Continuing from the fundamentals of the formation of galaxies the driving processes of their evolution will be studied theoretically based on observations: mass growth through gas accretion and satellite infall, the physics of the interstellar medium including star formation and the energy budget, enhancement of chemical elements, and mass loss.
