Aims, contents and method of the course
The major aim of these excercises is to give the students a broad overview of the different field techniques in Physical Geography.Via carousel learning in the HOAL (Hydrological Open Air Laboratory) the students will acquire the following basic methodical skills in Physical Geography: hydrological monitoring, soil erosion assessments, soil analyses, geomorphological mapping, vegetation surveys, measurement of climatic parametersMethods: object lesson, individual work, group work
