Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The Bachelor Seminar deals with selected current themes of spatial development. It aims at critical understanding of chances and limitations of sustainable planning strategies on local and regional levels. Examples are local democracy, built heritage, functions of the city and concepts for green spaces and mobility in the city region.

Assessment and permitted materials

Each participant has to give an oral presentation with ppt presentation (20-25 min. + discussion) and a written seminar paper afterwords. The Seminar starts with an introduction.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Weight of achievements: Oral presentation and discussion 40%, written seminar paper 60%.
