Aims, contents and method of the course

In the project seminar „Remembrance culture and sites of remembrance of migration in Vienna“ it will be analyzed empirically if and in which ways the Autrian migration history plays a role in the historical-cultural organisation of the public space in the city of Vienna.

Assessment and permitted materials

The appraisal of the seminar consist of a presentation, a written assignment as well as active attainment of the course.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Examination topics

In this course students are elaborating a research question according to the topic and present their findings by means of different methods.
