Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of the Seminar is to introduce students with modern topics of the Cartography like 3D cartography and 3D mapping, web cartography, Mobil cartography, world cartographic platforms like Google Maps, HERE Maps and others. The students should compile the researches on a given topic, analyze them and represent their view on the practical use and future development of the represented material. The students will be divided to work on teams and represent a given topic by a paper, a video / or presentation and to participate actively in discussion of all represented materials
Assessment and permitted materials
- Seminar paper (50%)
- Presentation or video of the paper (30%)
- Contributions to the discussions (20%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Outcomes: the possibility to team work, personal contribution, topic understanding and presenting the final work
Examination topics
