Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In this course, students can chose topics relevant to the respective Bachelor thesis. The topics will be discussed in the first session. For this session, students have to think about their own theme for the Bachelor thesis. The relevant content will then be decided and each student has to give an oral presentation of the topic. Herein it is most important, that a most updated literature review of the topic is presented and that the student determines the relevance of the this literature for the own Bachelor thesis.
The overall aim of this course is thus to define the own Bachelor topic and to exercise the methodology of analysis.

Assessment and permitted materials

The evaluation of this course includes the oral presentation, the written essay and the participation during the course.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Minimum requirements: Submission of the Bachelor Thesis; Assessment scale: Autonomy and self-reliance in drafting the bachelor thesis
