Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Modern outline of bird ecology with a special emphasize on topics such as macroecology, behavioral ecology, ecophysiology, reproductive biology, migration, dispersal, habitat use, community ecology, global change and conservation.

Assessment and permitted materials

The first written exam for the lecture Ecology of Birds will take place in the end of June. You have 60 minutes to answer the 12 open questions (with a maximum of 40 achievable points).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

At least 21 points (out of 40 possible maximum) will be necessary to successfully pass the exam.
