The KICK-OFF MEETING will be DIGITAL. Registered students will get further information after the registration phase. Those who do not follow the instructions until Oct. 6 (without a written excuse to sonja.windhager@univie.ac.at in advance), will be deregistered so that students from the waiting list succeed. There will be seven hours of introductory lectures [Sonja Windhager] for all participants. Due to COVID-19, these will take place in a virtual environment (mode: digital). The dates of these lectures are: Thursday, October 8, October 15, October 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
The dates for the presentation and the deadline for the term paper are still to be announced individually by the supervisors.

During the kick-off meeting, participants choose a topic for their Bachelor thesis according to availability (Moodle preference matching tool) and arrange dates with their scientific adviser in charge to receive support while doing their exposition.

With some supervisors, it will be possible to conduct the course purely in a digital mode. Others offer a mixed format if the COVID-19 status allows. Registered students will receive further information after the registration period via email.

Each students chooses a one of the listed foci for their work. Individual topics will be outlined in the preparatory meeting. Students will be distributed equally among the foci.
