Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminar will take place partly in the Natural History Museum of Vienna. Entrance to the museum will be free of charge for the duration of the seminar.

Active participation, independent research and preparation of a presentation.
Self-organized research and reading of relevant literature are essential.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

1 = excellent in all parts of the course
2 = very good in >90% of the course
3 = reasonable in >70% of the course
4 = positive contributions in >50% of the course
5 = < 50% contribution
