This course will be taught entirely in English. It will consist of 6 lectures approximately 90min long, with the first meeting on 07.10.2020 at 11:00 in SR3 UZA 1, Biozentrum Althanstraße 14, 1090 Wien.

This course will cover the topics of the diversity of animal genomes, the mechanisms of their evolution, and methodology of analysis (phologenetic inference, phylogenomics, genome architecture evolution).
