Aims, contents and method of the course
Lab rotations are mandatory for students of the Master Evolutionary Systems Biology. Students work on research projects in the lab, which could lead to a Master thesis project.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students have to give a seminar in the lab and hand in a written report on the project that is graded by the supervisor.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students must have fulfilled the necessary requirements of the Master program. The performance during the lab rotation (50%) and the report (50%) are graded by the supervisor.
Examination topics
There will be no exam. Instead, a written report and an oral presentation in the respective lab is expected.
