Nachweis d. erfolgreichen Besuches d. Vorlesung 300702 "Grundlagen und Konzepte der Ultrastrukturfoschung und Einführung in die Elektronenmikroskopie" ist verpflichtend. Dieser Kurs (300211) ist Voraussetzung für 300156, Spezielle Techniken der Elektronenmikroskopie und Ultrastrukturforschung im SS.

Hinweis: Die Vorlesung (300702) wird nur im WS gehalten; d.h., wer im SS 08 das Praktikum (300674) besuchen möchte, muss jetzt im WS 07/08 die VO (300702) besuchen.

Aims, contents and method of the course

The topic of this practical course is a project of ultrastructural research. Following the motto "learning by doing" emphasis is put on teaching the fundamental methods of electron microscopy and the presentation of the scientific results (poster, paper). At the end of this intensive three weeks course students are qualified to work in ultrastructural research and to use the instruments of electron microscopy.
