Aims, contents and method of the course

The "PDB roadshow" consists of a number of presentations, demonstrations and tutorials about the Protein Data Base Europe.
Program:
Introduction: PDBe and its services
Structure validation of macromolecules
PDBePISA: quaternary structure
PDBeMotif: ligand environments and 3D structural motif analysis
PDBeFold: fold comparison and structure alignment
PDBeChem: access to the wwPDB chemical component dictionary
