Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture will give an introduction to the basic principles of plant tissue culture and its use in plant conservation.
In the practical part of the course the students will get hand on experience in various techniques including sterilisation of plant materials, growth regulator screening, cryopreservation, micropropagation, rooting and acclimatisation.
