Aims, contents and method of the course

Basic neuroanatomy, structures and function of the nervous system, cell types of the NS, neuronal trafficking, membrane potential, ion channels, action potential, neurotransmitters, movement, learning and memory, emotion, neurodegenerative disorders

Für die Teilnahme sind keine neurobiologischen Grundkenntnisse erforderlich! Nach dem Besuch der VO wissen Sie über die Grundlagen der Funktionsweise unseres Gehirns bescheid. Diese VO ist die Voraussetzung für die VO 300137 "Basics of neuroscience" die ihrerseits eine Pflichtvorlesung im Masterstudium Molekulare Biologie Schwerpunktfach Neurowissenschaften ist.
