Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Evolutionary analyses using free software packages (e.g., PAUP, RAxML, BEAST) with emphasis on phylogeny reconstruction, molecular dating and analysis of phylogenomic data, including coalescent methods.
Assessment and permitted materials
One home exercise per unit, each to be documented in the form of a short and concise protocol. Each protocol can get (on average) maximally 5 points, totaling 40 points for the entire course.
