Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

1.-2. day: Introduction to the advanced themes. First a micropalaeontological object or a biological cross-section under the binocular is drawn by pencil, then a three-dimensional reconstruction in ink technique will be done.

3. day: Colouring of a drawn object with different techniques (water colour, pastel colour).

4. day: Reconstruction of an extinct animal, with the help of a given skull.

5. day: Motion study and scientific drawing of living animals (Zoo Schönbrunn).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Weiterführende Kenntnisse in Illsustrationstechniken.
