Aims, contents and method of the course

The student gains qualified knowledge in the field of phytochemical analysis, which enables her/him to independently address key questions of chemodiversity research relation to structure, function, chemosystematics, and practical application. She/he is able to present her/his results in written form and in an oral presntation.

Assessment and permitted materials

Protocol/Bachelor Thesis:60%
(Oral) Presentation of results: 40%
Minimum requirement for positive credit: compliance of Standards for protocol and presentation as given during the course

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Based upon learned methods, a scientifically oriented paper should be writen, and the results should be presented orally

Methods of phytochemical Analysis and correct interpretation of scientific data
