Es gibt fünf Parallelgruppen:

Gruppe 1 und 2: Di. 9.00-12.30 Uhr, ÜR 2 und ÜR3
Gruppe 3: Di. 14.00-17.30 Uhr, ÜR2
Gruppe 4: Mi. 11.00-14.30 Uhr, ÜR3
Gruppe 5: Mi. 14.30-18.00 Uhr, ÜR3

Die Anmeldung über UNIVIS ist unbedingt erforderlich. Nach Ablauf der Anmeldefrist werden Sie über die Formalitäten zur Gruppeneinteilung verständigt. Bei der Gruppeneinteilung wird - falls nötig - nach den bei der Anmeldung im Univis gesetzten Punkten gereiht. Es gibt keine Vorbesprechung.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Organismic and structural diversity of Plants, Algae and Fungi.

Assessment and permitted materials

Control of attendence (attendance os obligatory; missing of one course unit is accepted; by way of exception a course unit can be attended in a different group), assessment of work during course (grading of drawings made during course, multiple intercalary tests, 15 points) and written final test (15 points). Positive completion requires 5 points in final test and 16 points in total.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Knowledge of the principal organisation types and life cycles of Algae, Mosses, Ferns, Flowering Plants, and Fungi with focus on adaptive importance of newly acquired characters in connection with conquest of terrestrial environments. Knowledge oft he importance of the dealt with groups in ecosystems and in human life. Simple preparation methods and reference literature

Examination topics

Short presentation of the chosen topic by the course leader; afterwards the students make microscopic and macroscopic analyses of selected samples
