Aims, contents and method of the course

a)The plant cell: cell structure (cell membranes, protoplast, vacuole, plastids, turgidity and
plasmolysis, cell wall); b) Meristems and primary tissues: ground tissues, dermal tissue, vascular tissue; c) Vegetative anatomy: roots (primary and secondary growth); herbaceous stems and primary growth, woody stems and secondary growth; leaves (leaf development, general leaf structure, leaf types)
