Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Genetic constructs are fundamental to molecular research. We will introduce a number of fast techniques to precisely modify chromosomes in vivo. Insertions, deletions, amino acid exchanges and chromosome rearrangements will be performed.
Two tools for proteomics will be introduced: A biotin based TAP-tag
and M-track, a system detecting transient protein-protein interactions.
