Aims, contents and method of the course
Computer experiments on structure and dynamics of biomolecules (molecular modelling, classical mechanics, basic quantum mechanics).
Assessment and permitted materials
Grading is based on the student's contributions toe the solution of the exercises.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Achieving basic computer skills for the solution of problems from the realms of structural biology and molecular modeling.
Examination topics
Joint (assisted) solution of computer exercises.
