Aims, contents and method of the course

Epigenomics data analysis, introduction to the bioinformatic analysis of large epigenomic data sets obtained using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies, with a focus on ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and chromatin accessibility (DNase-seq & ATAC-seq)
