Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Oral examinations on the modelling procedures with brief practical exercises.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Deep understanding of the modelling procedures. The students are expected to be able to use protein modelling web-based servers and evaluate the results.
Examination topics
Examples and exercises will be presented and discussed along the pertinent lectures.
