Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course covers the central themes, concepts and applied methodologies of neuroscience research in the department. Students will be introduced to fundamental problems in neuroscience research, such as the organisation, development and function of complex brain circuits, and how these can be addressed using experimental animal models, including the worm C. elegans, the fly Drosophila and fish models such as zebrafish and Danionella cerebrum.
