Aims, contents and method of the course
The Advanced Macromolecular Crystallography is in-depth course covering will cover advanced topics of Macromolecular crystallography and Molecular Structural Biology, and is recommended for students that have already attended the lessons on Macromolecular Crystallography and/or Biophysical method for biologycal macromolecules (Analytical chemistry II).* Electron Transmission Microscopy* Use of Soft X-rays in Macromolecular Crystallography* Neutron Diffraction* Small angle X-ray scattering for macromolecules* Radiation damage and its applications* The frontiers: * Kinetic crystallography and Free electron Laser* Membrane protein crystallography
