Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Probabilistic models for sequences and structures, such as hidden markov models and stochastic context-free grammars. Structure prediction methods for biopolymers such as secondary structure prediction for proteins and RNA, knowledge based potentials, fold recognition and homology modelling).
