Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
For grading online multiple choice tests for each lecture unit need to be completed by the student. The tests will be made available on Moodle on a fixed date for a limited period of time. The cumulative sum of points achieved in these tests will result in a grad at the and of the term.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Completion of the multiple choice tests of all lecture units.
Examination topics
Answering multiple choice questions covering the topics of the lecture units.
Reading list
video of the lectures, lecture handouts.

parts of a biological system and aims to understand how these interactions
give rise to the function and behavior of that system. Building
computational models of biological systems that propose testable hypotheses
is a central aspect of the systems biology work cycle. The lecture
therefore gives an overview of the various methods and techniques for the
modeling of biological systems.
Graph based modeling, stoichiometry matrix analysis, theory of chemical
organizations, chemical reaction kinetics, modeling reaction networks with
ODEs, stochastic modeling of reaction networks, process algebras and formal
reasoning.
Course material: Lecture notes, Videos
Grading: multiple choice test for each lecture unit.
