Aims, contents and method of the course

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE VIA U:SPACE! This course is only foreseen for the students performing Master project in Max Perutz Labs. The course is aimed at deepening knowledge and development of scientific presentation skills on the relevant topics in the research groups of Max Perutz Labs. Methods: oral presentations (seminar papers, journal clubs, research reports), discussions, individual and group work.

Assessment and permitted materials

Individual presentations of selected research papers or own research data, group work, discussions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Successful presentation of at least one paper in a journal club and at least one presentation of own research data in a labmeeting.

Examination topics

examination topics and literature are provided by the group leader (supervisor).
